The Environmental Water Caucus (see http://www.ewccalifornia.org/home/index.php) sent a letter to Senator Feinstein on November 18, 2014 expressing concerns with the secret “Drought Legislation” that is being negotiated in Washington, D.C.

You can also view a short video by Restore the Delta about the legislation at http://restorethedelta.org/blog/part-help-us-severe-drought-watch-story-call-senators/

Concerned citizens should contact Senator Boxer’s office.  She is our best hope.

You can write or contact Senator Boxer at any of the addresses listed below. However, please note that mail sent to Congressional offices in Washington, DC must go through a very lengthy screening process. Letters are not only irradiated but are also vacuumed for possible contaminated substances. Because this process often delays letters for weeks, you may prefer to write to one of our California offices to ensure that your letter is delivered in a timely fashion.
