Sacramento Bee: Feds Need to Press Brown to Look at all Options for a Bay-Delta Fix, and Chico Enterprise-Record: Tunnels Won't Create More Water

Following shortly after Carolee Krieger's op-ed in the Sacramento Bee is an editorial in the same newspaper that states that federal officials need to address the large amount of problems the Twin Tunnels proposal brings to the BDCP and California.
