Bay-Delta Conservation Plan Public Draft to be Released on October 1st, 2013

A formal deadline for the Bay-Delta Conservation Plan's public draft has been agreed to by the Brown Administration and the Obama Administration. The public draft will be released on the first of October, 2013. Read about the announcement from these sources:
