Westlands Water District Files Lawsuit Against Delta Plan

The Westlands Water District has filed a lawsuit to require the Delta Stewardship Council to "revise the Delta Plan to be consistent with the 2009 Delta Reform Act." The press release of the lawsuit can be read here.
