Carolee Krieger in the Montecito Journal: Free & Easy Water... Not

Carolee Krieger, President and Executive Director of C-WIN, wrote an article on the problems of the Bay-Delta Conservation Project that was recently published in the Montecito Journal. She writes about how the Central Coast Water Authority has made the recommendation to spend $50,000 of ratepayer money to hire a public relations firm to inform the public about the so-called beneficial qualities of the project.
