C-WIN and 18 Member Coalition Fight Westlands Water District Contract Renewal

C-WIN and a coalition of 18 organizations sent a letter to the Bureau of Reclamation expressing concerns with renewal of interim water contracts for Westlands Water District and other adjacent water districts. The Bureau of Reclamation has biased the environmental document by claiming that the No Action Alternative also includes renewing the water contracts, thus showing no significant impact.
